Creating your agency workspace
How to create the workspace that holds your recruiters, clients, job orders and candidates.

Steps
- Sign in to TraceScout with the account that will administer the agency.
- Open the Agency page.
- Press Start an agency workspace.
- Enter your agency name and create it with Create agency workspace.
- You are recorded as an administrator of that workspace, and the Agency link appears in your navigation.
Worth knowing
- One workspace holds your team, your clients, your job orders and your candidates. Row level security keeps another agency out of it.
- If you were invited to an existing agency instead, do not create a workspace. Open the invitation link that was sent to you.
