Steps
- Open the Agency page. The status of your trial or subscription is shown at the top when it needs your attention.
- Read the status line to see whether the workspace is active, in trial, or blocked.
- Follow the payment action shown there if the workspace is blocked.
- Check your candidate count against your candidate capacity before inviting more candidates.
Worth knowing
- The Agency plan is a flat monthly price for the whole organization, not a price for each recruiter.
- The plan starts with capacity for 5 candidates. Recruiters and administrators do not consume that capacity.
- The current price is shown in the product itself. Read it there rather than from any older material.
