Until it is recorded, the written steps below are complete on their own.
Steps
- Open a match or a posting you supplied.
- Press Tailor my resume for this role.
- Wait for the tailored resume to be produced. This takes a moment and continues in the background.
- Read the result against the posting. Check that every line still reflects your own history.
- Attest the tailored resume once you are satisfied it is accurate.
- Download or copy it, and use it in your application on the employer's posting.
Worth knowing
- Tailoring rewords and reorders what you already attested so that the parts relevant to this posting come forward. It does not add experience, skills or qualifications you did not provide.
- Every tailored line remains traceable to your attested source resume.
- Tailoring is subject to your plan allowance. The remaining allowance is shown before you start.
