Until it is recorded, the written steps below are complete on their own.

Steps

  1. Open Matches to see roles scored against your attested resume.
  2. Open a match to see its score, its strengths and its gaps in full.
  3. Use the link to the original posting when you want the employer's own wording.
  4. Open Browse when you want to look past your matches at the wider pool of active roles.
  5. In Browse, use the market filter and the search field to narrow the pool.

Worth knowing

  • Browse shows active postings in a market. It is not scored against you until a role becomes a match or you supply it yourself.
  • Applying always happens on the employer's own posting. TraceScout does not submit applications for you.
