Requesting a tailored resume
The step between reviewing a score and generating a client link, and why it cannot be skipped.

Steps
- Open the scored pairing on the candidate's card.
- Press Request tailored resume.
- Wait. The tailored resume is produced and then checked against the candidate's attested source resume.
- Use Refresh on that card if you want to check progress before it settles by itself.
- Once the tailored resume is complete and checked, Generate link becomes available on that pairing.
Worth knowing
- A score alone never produces a client link. The tailored resume is what the client actually receives.
- Tailoring rewords and reorders what the candidate attested. It adds nothing the candidate did not provide, and every line stays traceable to the attested source resume.
