Steps
- Open the Agency page and find Score a candidate against a job order.
- Choose the job order.
- Choose the candidate.
- Press Score this pairing.
- The candidate's card opens automatically and scrolls into view, showing the result for that pairing.
- Read the score, the strengths and the gaps before you decide anything.
Worth knowing
- One candidate against one job order at a time. That keeps every assessment attributable to a specific posting.
- If the pairing already has a score, the existing result is reported rather than replaced.
- The result is internal. Nothing here reaches your client until you request a tailored resume and generate a link.
