Until it is recorded, the written steps below are complete on their own.
Steps
- Removing a candidate from your workspace does not disable any client link already generated for that candidate.
- A client link created before the candidate left continues to open normally for anyone holding the address, showing the same verified tailored resume as before.
- If a client link should stop working once a candidate leaves, disable it yourself on that pairing before or immediately after removing the candidate.
- Press Disable link on the relevant pairing to stop the address working. Do this as a deliberate step, it is not done automatically.
Worth knowing
- Confirmed by a live test on September eleven, twenty twenty six: a candidate was removed from an agency workspace with an active client link already generated for a scored pairing. The link continued to open normally afterward, full tailored resume and verification banner, no departure notice, no broken state.
- Treat client link cleanup as a manual step in your own offboarding process whenever a candidate leaves your agency, TraceScout does not do this for you.
